            Applicants/accused Muhammd Arshad Awan son of Ghulam Nabi Awan and Ibrahim Memon son of Muhammad Arif Memon seek protective bail in FIR No.288/2024, registered at P.S. “A” Section Sukkur, for offence under Sections 380, 454, 411, 34, PPC. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicants/accused are innocent and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to mala intentions and ulterior motives; that applicants are a law abiding citizens and intend to surrender before the trial Court concerned but apprehends their arrest at the hands of local police in order to humiliate and disgrace them, therefore, they need some protection in order to appear before the trial Court concerned.

 

Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused Muhammd Arshad Awan son of Ghulam Nabi Awan and Ibrahim Memon son of Muhammad Arif Memon, for a period of seven (7) days from today, subject to their furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants are directed to surrender before the trial Court concerned in the aforesaid period and join the trial forthwith. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of seven days from today or whenever the applicants surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stand automatically forfeited.

 

            The instant criminal bail application is accordingly disposed of.
