that the petitioner and his brother Tareen are not the same persons who are
named in the FIR. Statement has been submitted by Superintendent of Police,
Investigation that Investigation Officer is at present investigating the FIR
and in due course, the report shall be submitted before the trial Court under
the provisions of Section 173, Cr.P.C.
Learned
counsel for petitioner states that he would be satisfied if direction is given
to the Police not to harass the petitioner or his brother and to act strictly
in accordance with law. Order accordingly.
This
petition is disposed of along with the listed applications in the above terms.
