the same is taken on record. He has stated that during investigation, the
arrested accused persons which included the present petitioner,
were proved innocent and therefore, they were released. He further states that
the case shall be disposed of as cancelled class. The SIO further submitted
that report U/S: 173, Cr.P.C has been submitted before the Judicial Magistrate
for cancellation of FIR under “C” class.
In
view of this statement, the learned counsel for petitioner states that he is
satisfied and does not press this petitioner, consequently, writ petition is
disposed of along with the listed application as not pressed.
