Along with urgent application, application for return of surety is moved by the applicant/surety. It appears that protective bail was granted to applicants Tanveer, Huzaifa and Harmain by this Court vide order dated 23.12.2024, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court, with further direction to surrender before the trial Court within five days. A s per Nazir’s report, Muneer Ahmed son Ghulam Fareed furnished surety by way of depositing cash amount Rs.150,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty Thousand), Rs.50,000/- for each accused. It is submitted that applicants/accused surrendered before the trial Court, in the aforesaid period. Copy of order dated 26.12.2024 is placed on record. Learned A.P.G. has recorded no objection.

In the view of above, surety is no more required. Application for return of surety is allowed. Office is directed to return the surety to the applicant/surety upon proper verification and identification, as per rules.
