Through
this constitution petition, petitioners/accused seeks quashment
of FIR No.65/2024, registered at P.S. Docks for offence under Sections 409,
420, 468, 471 and 34, PPC. Comments are filed by the official
respondents/concerned police in which it is mentioned that final report/challan in the aforesaid FIR has already been submitted
before the competent Court of law. Additional Prosecutor General Sindh submits
that alternate remedy is available to the petitioners to exhaust before the
trial Court.
In
view of above development, counsel for petitioners does not press the instant
constitution petition and submits that the petitioners will approach the trial
Court. Instant petition is dismissed as not pressed,
however, the petitioners would be at liberty to approach the trial Court for
exhausting alternate remedy.
