Through
this constitution petition, petitioner Mst. Kainat seeks quashment of FIR
No.132/204, registered at P.S. Kalri for offence
under section 496-A, PPC. During the course of arguments, counsel for
petitioner submits that relief is required to the persons nominated as accused
in the aforesaid FIR but those persons have not been made or arrayed as party
by the counsel for petitioner in this petition.
In
view of above, counsel for petitioner does not press this petition and submits
that he would file the fresh one. The petition is dismissed as not pressed,
however, the counsel for petitioner would be at liberty to file the fresh one,
of permitted by law.
