Rahool Rai son of Mohan Mal
seeks protective bail in FIR No.598/2023,
registered at P.S. Boat Basin, Karachi South for offence under section 489-F,
PPC. It is inter alia contended that applicant/accused is prepared to surrender
before the learned trial Court but apprehends his arrest as the trial Court is
cordoned off by the police. Serious mala fide on the part of the complainant has
been alleged.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused
Rahool Rai son of
Mohan Mal for a period of four (04) days
from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount
to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to
surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This order shall
cease to have its effect after expiry of four days from today or whenever the applicant/accused
surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear,
in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the trial Court in the
aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
