bail in FIR No.4/2024, registered at
P.S. FIA, CTW Circle, Karachi for offences under Sections 6, 8, 10, PECA, 2016,
read with Sections 6, 13(2) of Passport Act, 1974, Sections 17, 18, 22
Emigration Ordinance, 1979, Section 5(2) of PCA, 1947, Section 14 of Foreigners
Act, 1946 and Sections 419, 420, 468, 471, 409, 34, 109, PPC. It is inter alia
contended FIR has been lodged by FIA for mala fide reasons. It is apprehended
that applicants/accused will be arrested for humiliation.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused

Hassan Jafri son of Syed Hassan Bahadur Jafri, Shafiq-ur-Rehman
son of Muhammad Rustam Khan and Ali Nawaz son of Ali Murad Chachar for a period of four (04) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in
the sum of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forth Thousand) each and P.R bond in the like amount to
the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused are directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period and join the investigation forthwith. This order shall cease to have its
effect after expiry of four days from today or whenever the applicants/accused surrender
before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused
fail to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail
bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
