Appellant Banal and his counsel are called absent. This criminal acquittal appeal was filed on 01.08.2022. On 12.05.2023, Mr. Raj Ali Wahid Kunwar, advocate undertook to file his power on behalf of appellant and to comply with the office objection, four weeks’ time was granted but the compliance was not made. Again this acquittal appeal was fixed 29.05.2024, none appeared for appellant, office objection was also not complied with. Today, none appeared though the name of the counsel for appellant transpires in the cause list. Apparently, appellant is not interested to pursue the instant criminal acquittal appeal, the same is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
