3&4. It is inter alia contended that Syed Muzamil Raza son of Syed Shoaib Raza has been picked up by the law enforcement agencies on the night of 2^nd/3^rd January 2019 and his whereabouts are not known. Notice to the respondents as well as Advocate General Sindh, Prosecutor General Sindh and DAG for 06.02.2019. Counsel for the petitioner submits that despite several approaches, SHO P.S. Sachal has refused to register the FIR of the incident. Mr. Hakim Ali Shaikh, Addl: Advocate General Sindh, present in Court in some other cases recorded no objection in case directions are issued to the SHO concerned for registration of FIR in case cognizable offence is made out. Order accordingly.
