Furqan Nadeem son of Nadeem Muhammad seeks protective bail in FIR No.11/2024, registered at P.S. FIA,
Cyber Crime Reporting Center, Karachi for offence under sections 3, 4, 6, 13,
14, 16 and 26 of PECA, 2016 read with Section 419, 420, 109, PPC. It is inter
alia contended that the name of the applicant/accused does not transpire in the
FIR but FIA officials with mala fide intention intend to implicate the
applicant/accused as accused in the aforesaid FIR. Serious mala fide on the
part of the FIA officials has been alleged.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused
Furqan Nadeem son
of Nadeem Muhammad for a period of five (05) days from today, subject to
furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R
bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This
order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or whenever
the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one occurs
earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before
the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands
automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
