Petitioners are present along with their counsel. IO
submitted the report in which it is mentioned that he has recommended the case
for disposal under “C” class and submitted such summary before learned Civil
Judge & Judicial Magistrate-XII, Malir, Karachi.
In the view of above development, counsel for petitioner
does not press the instant petition any more, the same
is accordingly disposed of, with direction to the concerned magistrate to pass
appropriate orders after hearing the learned counsel for the parties within 15
days under intimation to this Court.
