                        The comments were filed on 31.7.2009 by respondent No.1, 6 and 7 while comments are being filed by respondents No.2 to 5, in which they have disclosed that the family members of the petitioner and the witnesses so cited by the petitioner are involved in more than three dozens criminal cases. Such record of the cases right from 1990 to 2006 has been produced in the Court, which reflects that the petition has been filed to achieve the purpose other than bonafides. However, the police officials present in Court are directed to act in accordance with law and do not cause any harassment to family members or women folk of the criminals even.

                        In view of the above position, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition which is dismissed as not pressed.
