Learned
counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed departmental
appeal against the order of relieving or repatriating from the Secretariat of
Provincial Assembly of Sindh on 10.03.2022, which is pending before competent
Authority, at present. Counsel for the petitioner does not press the instant
petition. The same is dismissed as not pressed,
however, competent Authority is directed to decide the departmental appeal
within short possible period in accordance with law.
