Crime No.111/2024, registered at PS Pirpur Bathoro for offence under sections 324, 506/2, 114, 147,
148, 149, 504, 337-H(2), 337-A(1), PPC read with section 3 L.W.P. Act, 2023 has
filed compliance report in which it is mentioned that interim challan has been submitted before the competent Court of
law against the petitioners.
In the
view of above development, alternate remedy is available to the petitioner to
exhaust before the trial Court. Counsel for petitioner does not press the instant
constitution petition, it is accordingly dismissed
along with pending applications. However, petitioner would be at liberty to
approach the trial Court for seeking
pre-mature acquittal, if warranted under the law.
