counsel for the petitioner was directed to satisfy the Court about
maintainability of the petition in view of the bar contained under Article 212
of the Constitution. Now it is 11:35 a.m. none appeared for the petitioner.
Apparently petitioner is no more interested. Accordingly, instant petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
