Khan seeks protective bail in FIR No.449/2022,
registered at P.S. Bilal Colony, Karachi for offences under Sections 365/384/385/365-A/34
PPC read with section 7 of Anti-Terrorism Act, 1997. It is submitted that
applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before trial Court but apprehends his
arrest as NBW has been issued against him. Serious mala fide has been alleged
against the police.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused

Khan son of Sardar Bahadur
Khan for a period of five (05) days
from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Operation of
NBW issued against the applicant/accused is suspended for five days. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This
order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of five days from today or
whenever the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one
occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender
before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands
automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
