mentioned that missing girl, namely, Hifza daughter
of Syed Imran Ali was traced out on 20.07.2024, she was produced before Civil
Judge & Judicial Magistrate-XXX, Karachi East where her 164, Cr.PC statement was recorded and she was sent to Darul Aman, till further orders
of the Court.
In the
view of above, purpose of filing the instant petition has been achieved and it
is accordingly disposed of.
