for petitioner has filed statement in which it is mentioned that missing
person, namely, Azhar Ali son of Sikandar
Ali has been released, however he has leveled allegations against some police
officials. Since the purpose of filing the instant petition has been achieved,
the petition is accordingly disposed of. So far as the allegations leveled
against the police officials by the counsel for petitioner are concerned, the
petitioner may approach the proper forum for seeking any relief available to
him under the law.
