Through this constitution petition, filed by petitioner Syed Masood Hussain Shah son of Syed Iqbal Hussain Shah, presently at UK, through his attorney Wasib Ali son of Ameer Hamzo, seeks protective bail in the following cases:

(i) Case No.19931 dated 18.12.2023, pending in NAB Quetta

(ii) Case No.19936 dated 18.12.2023, pending in NAB Gawadar

(iii) Case No.19816 dated 27.07.2023, pending in NAB Lahore

(iv) Case No.19819 dated 27.08.2023, pending in NAB Peshawar

(v) Notice u/s 19 of NAO, 1999-Inquiry (MES No.NABHQ20210326235475) dated 10.06.2024.

(vi) Any other notices issued by any law enforcement agencies/police station/NAB/FIA/Anti-Corruption

Petitioner is required to file separate petition for each case/enquiry/reference. The instant petition in the present form is not maintainable, the same is accordingly dismissed.
