Applicant/accused
Mujahid Ali Malik seeks protective bail in FIR No.10/2022 for offences under
Sections 409/419/420/468/471/477-A/34/109 PPC read with Section 5(2) Act-II of
1947 PCA, registered at Police Station FIA Composite Circle, Shaheed
Benazirabad. It is inter-alia contended that applicant/accused is prepared to
surrender before the trial court and is ready to join investigation, but
apprehends his arrest at the hands of the FIA officials for the malafide
reasons.
Without
touching merits of the case, protective
bail for a period of 04 days is
granted to the applicant/accused Mujahid Ali Malik, subject to furnishing
solvent surety in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac
only) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this
Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial court and
join the investigation in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have
effect after expiry of 04 days or
whenever the applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned Court, whichever
occurs earlier. In case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before the Trial
Court within the stipulated period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited
automatically.
The
instant Bail Application stands disposed of.
