Learned advocate for
applicant/accused Syed Inayatullah submits that accused have been acquitted by
the trial court and these bail applications have become infructuous.
In the view of above, both the bail
applications are dismissed as having become infructuous. So far surety in Crl.
Bail Application No. 2785 of 2023 is concerned, the same shall be returned to
the surety by the Nazir of this Court after proper verification and
identification as per Rules.
