Counsel for the petitioners seeks
quashment of FIR No. 1118/2023 for offence under Section 506-B and 34 PPC and
FIR No. 769/2023 for offences under Section 397/34 PPC both registered at PS
Gulistan-e-Johar. Counsel for the petitioners submits that challans have
already been submitted before the competent Court of law in which petitioners
have been shown as absconders. Counsel for the petitioners does not press this
petition as alternate remedy is available to them to approach the trial Court.
The same is dismissed as not pressed. However, petitioners/accused would be at
liberty to approach the trial Court for seeking any relief available to them under
the law.
