advocate for the applicant/accused, after arguing the bail application at some
length, does not press the same and submits that directions may be issued to
the trial Court for recording evidence of material witnesses within shortest
possible period.

P.G recorded no objection for such direction.
Instant
bail application is dismissed as not pressed. However, trial Court is directed
to record evidence of material witnesses within 02 months. Thereafter, the
applicant/accused will be at liberty to repeat bail application before trial
Court.
Today
Inspector Misal Khan Marwat filed reply to the show cause notice and submits that
he was unaware about the order of this Court. Therefore, he could not appear on
the last date of hearing. His absence is excused and show cause notice issued
to him is vacated with warning that he shall be careful in future.
