Khadim Ali Soomro son
of Allahdad Soomro seeks
protective bail in FIR No.30/2024, registered
at P.S. FIA Crime Circle Sukkur for offence under
Sections 409, 420, 468, 471, 109, PPC read with Section 5(2) of PCA-II, 1947.
It is inter alia contended that applicant/accused is prepared to surrender
before trial Court but apprehends his arrest at the hands of FIA officials with
ulterior motives. Serious mala fide has been alleged against the FIA officials.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicant/accused
Khadim Ali Soomro son
of Allahdad Soomro for a
period of five (05) days from today,
subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty
thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir
of this Court. Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial
Court in the aforesaid period. This order shall cease to have its effect after
expiry of five days from today or whenever the applicant/accused surrenders
before the trial Court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused
fails to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail
bond shall stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
