Counsel for petitioner submits that
missing person, namely, Syed Akhtar Ali son of Syed Sikandar Ali has safely returned home. It is further
submitted by him that missing person was detained by some private persons at
some unknown place. Report is submitted by the IO. Purpose of filing the
instant petition has been achieved, it is accordingly disposed of. So far as
the allegations against the private persons are concerned, petitioner/missing
person may adopt the legal course available to them under the law.
