Learned advocate for the
applicant/accused, after arguing the bail application at some length, does not
press the same and submits that trial Court may be directed to decide the case
expeditiously. DAG as well as counsel appearing for the Bank recorded no
objection. Bail Application is dismissed as not pressed. However, trial Court
is directed to decide the case within 02 months under intimation to this court.
In case trial is not concluded within 02 months, applicant/accused would be at
liberty to repeat the bail application before the trial Court.
