It is reported by SHO P.S. Sachal that missing person, namely, Nisar
Ali son of Muhammad Periyal has been shown under arrest
in FIR No.239/2024, registered at P.S. PIB Colony, District East Karachi for
offence under section 23(1)(a) of the Sindh Arms Act, 2013. In view of such
position, the instant petition has become infructuous and is accordingly
disposed of.
