Counsel
for petitioner has moved urgent application. Additional Prosecutor General
Sindh pointed out that case bearing Crime No.348/2023, registered at P.S. “B”
Section Khairpur, has been
recommended for disposal under “C” Class, such summary has also been submitted
before the concerned Magistrate.
In the
view of above development, counsel for petitioner does not press the instant
petition, which is dismissed as not pressed. However, concerned Magistrate is
directed to pass appropriate orders on the summary submitted before him in the
aforesaid crime in accordance with law, within 15 days, under intimation to
this Court.
