Applicant/accused Shahnawaz Baloch son of
Yar Muhammad Baloch, seeks protective bail in Crime No.163/2019 for offences
under Sections 353/324/34 PPC read with Section 7 of ATA 1997 registered at P.S
New Karachi Industrial Area, Karachi. It is submitted that NBWs have been
issued against the applicant/accused by Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court, Karachi.
It is further submitted that applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before
trial court but apprehends his arrest as NBWs have been issued against him.
Without touching merits of the case,
applicant/accused Shahnawaz Baloch son of Yar Muhammad Baloch is granted protective bail for a period of six (06) days from today, subject to
his furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/-
(Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) and P.R. bond in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. In the meanwhile operation of NBWs
issued against the applicant/accused is suspended for 06 days.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court in
the aforesaid crime/case. This order shall cease to have its effect after
expiry of (06) days from today or when
the applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned trial Court, which one
occurs earlier. It is made clear that in case applicant/accused fails to
surrender before the concerned trial Court within the aforesaid period his bail
bond shall stand forfeited automatically.
Instant bail application is accordingly
disposed of.
