Joint
statement dated 06.11.2024 is filed on behalf of petitioner and respondent No.3
that there is amicable settlement between the parties outside the Court on the
following terms and conditions:
“The
petitioner shall vacate House No.36-G/G, Block-6, PECHS, Karachi by 30.11.2024
and the rent upto end of November 2024 has already
been paid, as respondent No.3 shall not demand the vacation of said house
before November 30th, 2024, it is, therefore, requested that instant
petition may be disposed off in the light of above
terms and conditions.”
Counsel for both the parties are present and submit that
there is genuine compromise between the parties. Joint statement is signed by
both the parties and their advocates. In the view of above, instant
constitution petition is disposed of in the above terms.
