Applicant/accused Arifa Nazir daughter of
Nazir Ahmad Jutt seeks protective/transitory bail in Crime No. 577/2023 for offences
under Sections 186, 353, 324, 427, 436, 148, 149, 34, 188, 109 PPC read with
Section 7 ATA of 1997 registered at P.S Model Town, District Vehari, Punjab. It
is inter-alia contended that applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before
trial court at Vehari, Punjab, but apprehends her arrest at the hands of the
police of District Vehari, Punjab, for malafide reasons.
Since
the applicant/accused is prepared to surrender before the trial Court at
District Vehari, Punjab, without touching merits of the case, applicant/accused
Arifa Nazir daughter of Nazir Ahmad Jutt is granted protective/transitory bail for a period of five (05) days from today, subject to her furnishing solvent surety
in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees One Lac Only) and
P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the concerned trial Court at Vehari, Punjab, in
the aforesaid crime/case. This order shall cease to have its effect after
expiry of (05) days from today or
when the applicant/accused surrenders before the concerned trial Court which
one occurs earlier. It is made clear that in case applicant/accused fails to
surrender before the concerned trial Court within the aforesaid period her bail
bond shall stand forfeited automatically.
Instant
bail application is accordingly disposed of.
