Learned
counsel for applicant after hearing the bail application at some length, does
not press the instant criminal bail application and submits that the trial
Court may be directed to decide the case expeditiously. Learned Additional
Prosecutor General Sindh as well as learned advocate for complainant raised no
objection for such direction and submit that some evidence has already been
recorded by the trial Court.
In the
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed.
However, the trial Court is directed to decide the case expeditiously,
preferably within a period of three months, under intimation to this Court.
