Petitioner and her counsel are
called absent, though the name of the counsel for the petitioner is appearing
in the cause list. On the last date of hearing viz. 15.07.2021, protection was
provided to the petitioners by this Court. Apparently, no further relief is
required by the petitioners that’s why, none has appeared on their behalf.
Learned Addl. A.G once again undertakes that police officials are bound to
provide protection to the petitioners if and when required.
In the view of above, the instant
petition is accordingly disposed of.
