Applicant/accused
Zoaib Nuruddin Jamali son of Nuruddin Jamali, seeks protective bail in FIR No.1678/2024,
registered at P.S. Civil Lines, District Lahore for offence under section 406,
PPC. It is inter alia contended that there was business between the
applicant/accused and complainant and due to dispute the applicant/accused has
been falsely implicated in this case. Serious mala fide on the part of complainant
and police has been alleged.
Without
touching the merits of the case, protective
bail is granted to applicant/accused Zoaib Nuruddin Jamali
son of Nuruddin Jamali in
the aforesaid FIR, for a period of six (6)
days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R bond
in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicant/accused
is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period. This
order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of six days from today or
whenever the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court, which one
occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to surrender
before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stands
automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
