Petitioner
and his counsel are called absent. Same position was on the last two dates of
hearings viz. 14.11.2024 and 02.12.2024. On the last date of hearing, the
matter was adjourned with note of caution in case petitioner fails to appear on
the next date, appropriate orders shall be passed. The time now is 11:15 a.m.
No intimation is received, though the name of counsel for petitioner transpires
in the cause list. Apparently, the petitioner is no more interested to pursue
the instant petition, it is dismissed on account of
non-prosecution along with pending application(s).
