Counsel for the petitioner does not
press instant petition but submits that petitioner may be allowed to vacate the
premises upto 07th January 2025. Counsel for the respondent No.3
recorded no objection for such date.
In the view of above, petition is
dismissed as not pressed with clear direction that rented premises shall be
vacated by the petitioner and its possession shall be handed over to the
respondent No.3 upto 07.01.2025. Counsel for the petitioner further undertakes
that fair rent fixed by the Rent Controller shall be paid by the petitioner for
the period since when this petition is pending, rest period is to be decided by
proper forum according to law.
