Arbaz Khan son of Gulbaz Khan, who was granted interim pre-arrest bail by
this Court vide order dated 11.07.2024, is called absent. Surety was also
furnished but today Mr. Muhammad Younus Khan,
advocate, appearing for applicant/accused, on instructions, does not press the
instant criminal bail application, the same is dismissed as not pressed. IO
would be at liberty to proceed further with the investigation against the
accused in accordance with law.
