Zulqarnain Sikandar son
of Muhammad Aslam and Muhammad Arshad son of Muhammad Sabir are present along with their counsel. They seek
protective bail in FIR No.286/2024, registered
at P.S. City Courts, Karachi for offence under sections 324, 504, 34, PPC. It
is inter alia contended that the
applicants/accused are prepared to surrender before the trial Court but they
apprehend their arrest at the hands of police for mala fide reasons. Serious
mala fides on the part of police and complainant have been alleged.
Without touching the merits of the case, protective bail is granted to applicants/accused
Zulqarnain Sikandar son
of Muhammad Aslam and Muhammad Arshad son of Muhammad Sabir, for a period of three
(3) days from today, subject to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) each and
P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. Applicants/accused
are directed to surrender before the trial Court in
the aforesaid period and join the investigation forthwith. This order shall
cease to have its effect after expiry of three days from today or whenever applicants/accused
surrender before the trial Court, which one occurs
earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicants/accused fail to surrender before
the trial Court in the aforesaid period, their bail bond shall stands
automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
