2021. I.O is present. Addl. P.G submits that one FIR bearing Crime No. 310/2019
for offence under Sections 25-D of Telegraph Act, 506/B, 504, 34 PPC,
registered at P.S Mobina Town, Karachi has been disposed of under “c” class. It
is now 11:35 a.m. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Apparently, the
petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition more. Therefore,
the petition is dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
