Petitioner and his counsel are
called absent without intimation. It appears that this Court vide order dated
09.04.2019 had cautioned the counsel for the petitioner that if he does not
appear, the petition will be dismissed on account of non-prosecution. Today,
none appeared for the petitioner, though name of the counsel for the petitioner
transpires in the cause list. It is now 11.43 a.m. Apparently,
petitioner is no more interested in pursuing the instant petition, it is
accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
