Counsel
for applicant/accused after arguing the instant criminal bail application at
some length does not press the same and submits that the trial Court may be
directed to decide the case, expeditiously. Learned Additional Prosecutor
General Sindh has no objection for issuance of such directions.
In the
view of above, instant criminal bail application is dismissed as not pressed,
however, with direction to the trial Court to decide the case expeditiously,
preferably within a period of two months, under intimation to this Court.
