petitioner and her counsel have chosen to remain absent since last several dates
of hearings, though the name of the counsel for the petitioner transpires in
the cause list. It is now 11:40 a.m. Apparently, petitioner is no more
interested in pursuing the instant petition, it is accordingly dismissed on
account of non-prosecution.
