Petitioner
Khurram Shehzad and Mst. Saira are present along with
their counsel. Petitioner as well as respondent seek disposal of this petition
in the following terms:
1.
That it is agreed between the
parties that the petitioner will pay Rs.100,000/- in cash to the respondent and
further petitioner will be bound to pay 2 tola gold
till eight (8) months i.e. August, 2025 to the respondent.
2.
That the petitioner has assured to
the respondent No.1 that the petitioner will abide by the said terms and
conditions, as per agreement dated 03.12.2024.
3.
That the respondent No.1 has assured
to the petitioner that the respondent No.1 shall not press her Family Execution
No.50/2022 of Family Suit No.917/2021, pending before XVII Civil & Family
Judge, South Karachi.
Application
is signed by petitioner Khurram Shahzad
and respondent No.1 Mst. Saira, who are identified by
their advocates. Copies of CNICs of petitioner and respondent No.1 are also annexed. Petitioner and
respondent No.1 admit the contents of the application/compromise filed today.
By consent, instant petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with
pending applications.
