Today this Civil Revision
Application is fixed for orders as to non-prosecution. On the last date of
hearing viz. 30.01.2024, none had appeared. It is now 11:35 a.m. None appeared
on behalf of the applicants though name of the counsel for the applicants
transpires in the cause list. Apparently, applicants are no more interested in
pursuing the instant Civil Revision , it is
accordingly dismissed on account of non-prosecution.
