Aziz Muhammad son of Muhammad Zaman seeks protective
bail in FIR No.10/2020, registered at P.S. Anti-Encroachment Force Zone-I,
Karachi for offence under section 8(1)(A) of the SPP
(ROE) Act, 2020. It is inter alia contended that applicant/accused is innocent
and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Serious mala fide on the part
of Mukhtiarkar Manghopir
and police has been alleged.
Without
touching the merits of the case, protective
bail is granted to applicant/accused Aziz Muhammad son of Muhammad Zaman in the aforesaid FIR, for a period of four (4) days from today, subject to
furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand)
and P.R bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court.
Applicant/accused is directed to surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid
period. This order shall cease to have its effect after expiry of four days from
today or whenever the applicant/accused surrenders before the trial Court,
which one occurs earlier. It is made clear, in case, applicant/accused fails to
surrender before the trial Court in the aforesaid period, his bail bond shall
stands automatically forfeited.
The instant
criminal bail application is accordingly disposed
of.
