This is second call.
Applicants/accused Fazal Qayyum, Zakria, Siraj Ahmed and Tahir Ahmed are called
absent without intimation. It appears that interim pre-arrest bail was granted
to the applicants/accused by this Court vide order dated 30.12.2024 but till
date no surety has been furnished. Today neither the applicants/accused nor
their counsel is present though name of the counsel for the applicants
transpires in the cause list. It appears that applicants/accused are not more
interested in pursuing the instant bail application, the same is accordingly
dismissed on account of non-prosecution. Interim pre-arrest bail already
granted to the applicants/accused is hereby recalled.
