Ghulam Nabi, Usman Khaskheli, Abdul Kareem, Khuda Bux and Ayaz
Khaskheli are present on interim pre-arrest bail.
Counsel for applicants has placed on record copy of order passed by this Court
in C.P. No.D-4603/2024, filed by Mst. Amna and Rasheed Ahmed Khaskheli, which reflects that FIR bearing Crime
No.35/2024, registered under the Child Marriage Restraint Act at P.S. Keti Bandar has been quashed by this Court vide order dated
05.11.2024. Counsel for applicants pointed out that the case has also been
disposed of under “C” class.
For
the above stated reason, counsel for applicants/accused does not press the
instant criminal bail application as having become infructuous, it is
accordingly dismissed. So far as the surety furnished by the applicants/accused
is concerned, learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh has recorded no
objection in case the same is returned to the surety after completing the
required formalities. Nazir
is directed to return the surety documents to the Surety, however, after proper
verification and identification, as per rules.
