Applicant
Abdul Majid alias Majid Johar son of Haider, seeks
protective bail in FIR No.232/2022, registered at P.S. City Gawadar for offences under Sections 511,
436, 427, 114, 109, 186, 153, 150, 149, 147, PPC.
It
is inter alia contended that at applicant/accused
is prepared to surrender before the trial Court but apprehends his arrest at
the hands of police on political considerations.
Without touching the
merits of the case, applicant/accused Abdul
Majid alias Majid Johar son of Haider is granted protective bail for a period of eight (8) days from today, subject
to furnishing solvent surety in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) and P.R bond in the like amount to the
satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. This order shall cease to have its
effect after expiry of eight (8) days from today or whenever the applicant/accused
surrenders before the trial court, which one occurs earlier. It is made clear in
case, applicant/accused fails to surrender before trial Court within the
aforesaid period, his bail bond shall stand forfeited.
The instant petition is accordingly disposed of.
