advocate for applicant Naveed Amjad,
after arguing the bail application at some length, does not press the same and
submits that the directions may be issued to the trial Court for deciding the
case expeditiously. It is further pointed out that evidence of material PWs has
been recorded. Learned Additional Prosecutor General Sindh recorded no
objection for issuing directions to the trial Court for expeditious disposal of
the case. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant, pointed out that the
trial Court is lying vacant. It may be observed that expeditious disposal of
the cases is the right of the parties. Therefore, while dismissing the instant
bail application as not pressed, the special case is withdrawn from the Court
of learned Judge, Anti-Terrorism Court-XV, Karachi and it is made over to the
learned Administrative Judge, Anti-Terrorism Courts, Karachi Division, for deciding
the case himself or to transfer the same to some other learned Judge,
Anti-Terrorism Court, for disposal within two months.

application is disposed of in the above terms.
